ON-VEHICLE SOUND FIELD CORRECTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To perform optimum in-cabin sound field correction for variation in the temperature in a cabin by changing coefficients of an FIR filter for correction as the temperature in the cabin varies. CONSTITUTION:A signal which is inputted to a digital audio signal input terminal 11 is inputted to an FIR filter arithmetic part 12 for correction, converted to desired amplitude and phase characteristics, and outputted from a digital audio signal output terminal 13. An incabin temperature decision means 15 detects the temperature in the cabin and outputs it to a filter coefficient selecting means 14. The filter coefficient selecting means 14 selects one kind of coefficient stored in a filter coefficient storage unit 17 and informs a filter coefficient replacement unit 16 of it. The filter coefficient replacement unit 16 changes the coefficient of an FIR filter computing element 12 on the basis of the information. Consequently, the sound filed in the cabin can be corrected corresponding to variation in the in-cabin temperature.
