PURPOSE:To provide an electric welded joint applying no high load to a resonator by burying a heating wire, wound in a coil shape, and the resonator in a joint main unit formed of thermoplastic resin, and carrying a current through both ends of the heating wire, so that a position of a buried pipe can be accurately detected. CONSTITUTION:In the case of burying an electric welded joint 14 with a pipe in the ground, by disconnecting a terminal of a power supply, connection terminals 4, 5 are connected, and since a ceramic vibrator 2 is conducted to a heating wire 1, an excitation signal from on the ground is received by the heating wire playing a role of antenna, to vibrate the ceramics vibrator 2. By receiving this resonance signal by a receiver on the ground, a position of burying the electric welded joint 14 is detected. In the electric welded joint 14 in the constitution thus obtained, the ceramics vibrator 2 is buried in a joint main unit 14a, and by welding the joint main unit 14a to the pipe, since the pipe and the ceramic vibrator 2 are integrally formed, a position of burying the pipe buried in the ground can be accurately detected. |
