<p>PURPOSE:To form a light shielding pattern having satisfactory optical density and dimensional precision on a color filter by a photographic system. CONSTITUTION:Recessed part 5 having the shape of a light shielding pattern are formed by a photographic method in a resist layer 2 on a transparent substrate 1. Heat-sensitive or photosensitive black ink 4 is filled into the recessed part 5 and hardened by heating or exposure. Development is then carried out to remove the resist layer 2 and a light shielding pattern 6 is formed.</p> |
