<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an expanded picture where features of the original picture remain by calculating a vector in the vicinity of the middle point between two points and calculating a function value on a plane and using random numbers, whose average value gradually approaches 0, to change it and calculating the limit of the function after the change to interpolate the picture. CONSTITUTION:A PE number is recognized, and the base address is calculated. Next, {Ci} on the main storage is accessed, and local {Ci} data is transmitted to a slave PE 21. The slave PE 21 performs calculation based on this local {Ci} data and calculates {Cxsi}. The calculation result {Cxsi} is transmitted to a master PE 20. In this manner, the middle point displacement method of random fluctal logic is used to interpolate the unknown points of the picture, and random numbers whose average value gradually approach 0 are made to act on the set including these interpolated points, thereby obtaining the expanded picture where features of the original picture remain.</p> |
