<p>Cosmetic and dermatological composition comprising at least one unprocessed or acid sophorolipid or a sophorolipid associated with a monovalent or divalent salt in a concentration of 0.01-30 % by weight and use thereof. The composition is ideally in the form of a water in oil emulsion, an oil in water emulsion or an oil in water microemulsion. The sophorolipid-based compositions are useful as anti-free-radical, anti-elastasic and anti-inflammatory agents.</p> |
