A movable traffic sign is secured against theft etc. when its tube standard (2) is plugged into the security tube (1) and the double Al-plate (5,6) nailed (6-10) to the tube (1) is twisted round. The two plates are screwed (5) together in situ, assisted by nut (7) and washer (8). The standard is available for re-use at the next site.
