PURPOSE:To simply and accurately perform the control of exposure in which stroboscopic light is mixed regardless of a front light scene and a back light scene. CONSTITUTION:Photometric values S1 and A1 are obtained by respectively performing photometry on the central part and the peripheral part of the image plane of an object. The front light scene or the back light scene can be discriminated based on the photometric values. A central part correcting exposure value S2 and a peripheral part correcting exposure value A2 can be obtained by weighting in accordance with each scene. An effective exposure value E at which underexposure is caused by a specified ratio is obtained by setting the value A2 as reference A stroboscopic light mixing ratio Mix is decided based on the value E, and the value S2 or the value A2 in accordance with the front light scene and the back light scene. A shutter is controlled to be opened/closed based on the value E, and a automatic light control stroboscope is allowed to emit light to satisfy the mix ratio Mix. |
