an input unit for ANDing signals input via Schmidt triggers and generating a trigger pulse; a trigger delay unit for delaying the trigger pulse for a predetermined time; a non-retriggering embodying unit for disregarding the trigger pulse if an active signal is input; a multiplexer for selecting the trigger pulse of the input unit or the output pulse of the non-retriggering embodying unit according to a retrigger high signal input to a selecting terminal; a NAND gate for NANDing a clear signal and the output of the multiplexer and outputting a trigger enable signal; and a retriggering unit for inputting the output of the NAND gate at its trigger enable terminal, retriggering it by a clear signal and outputting it to the non-retriggering embodying unit.
