The device for detecting the level of high voltage with dual slope having a first transistor which inputs a power supply voltage at its gate and is turned on according to the Vpp level of a pump; a second transistor which inputs a ground voltage at its gate and uses a power supply voltage as a driving source; a third transistor connected between the first transistor and a ground; a fourth transistor which is connected between the second transistor and a ground and has a gate terminal connected to the gate terminal of the third transistor; and an inverter connected to a connecting point of the second and fourth transistors, comprises a fifth transistor which is connected in parallel to the first transistor to reduce the voltage between the gate and source terminals of the second transistor when a high power supply voltage is supplied and is turned on the level of the power supply voltage.
