<p>The invention relates to a pipe arrangement for supplying a low temperature fluid to predetermined equipment (2, 4, 6) of a cooling system or the like through branch pipes (18, 19) from a main pipe (17), through which a low temperature fluid such as liquid nitrogen is transported, the branch pipes (18, 19) being formed from heat insulating pipes of a small outer diameter. In this manner, the branch pipes (18, 19) of the pipe arrangement is made small in diameter to reduce a rate of occupied spaces and effectively make use of spares, in which the branch pipes are installed. Also, an amount of a low temperature fluid which has been wastefully discharged heretofore can be reduced. <IMAGE></p> |
