The sungnyung tea from unpolished rice is prepd. by 1) selecting unpolished rice and soaking in the water for about 48 hrs., 2) dehydrating 50% water of the soaked rice, 3) steaming the dehydrated rice in the high pressure steam pot, 4) drying the steamed rice into the 5% moisture content, 5) 1st-roasting the dried rice at 150 deg. C for 6-7 min. with indirect heat of the heated salt, and 6) 2nd-roasting the 1st-roasted rice at 300 deg. C for 6-7 min. with indirect heat of the heated salt to obtain 1.5-2 times swelled rice and quick-cooling.
