PURPOSE:To prepare the titled tangle free from hygroscopicity of smearing powder, having soft palatability and excellent tackiness of the powder and workability, by subjecting a tangle to the removal of alginic acid and the boiling in a sugar syrup and covering the product with smearing powder. CONSTITUTION:A tangle subjected to the removal of alginic acid is boiled in a sugar syrup and seasoned. The obtained water-boiled tangle is, as necessary, coated with a paste containing starch and saturated sodium L-glutamate, and covered with smearing powder to obtain the objective tangle. |
