摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a parallax correcting machine capable of correcting the parallax of a distance measuring sensor with respect to a focus target in a range finder with the AF distance measuring system of a camera which is interchangeable with photographic lenses and has a range finder system adjusted to the magnification corresponding to the kinds of the photographic lenses and the AF distance measuring section to measure the distance to a subject in accordance with the position of the light entering from a standard side lens and a reference side lens on the sensor. CONSTITUTION:The range finder is provided with the focusing target 4 of a fixing frame in its central part. The frame of the focusing target 4 and the element width of the sensor to be calculated and to be used for distance measurement at the time of using a standard lens are matched. The element width of the sensor to be calculated is made small when the lens is interchanged with the telephoto lens and the element width of the sensor to be calculated is made wider when the wide angle lens is used. Similarly, the element width of the sensor to be calculated is shifted in a right direction when the distance up to the subject comes to an extremely short distance side. The parallax with respect to the focusing target 4 is thus corrected.
