PURPOSE:To enable binding the end of thermal insulation securely on the whole without allowing it to expand. CONSTITUTION:In an air conditioner equipped with a heat exchanger 5 and an electruc puts box the refrigerant pipes 201 of the heat exchanger 5, positioned close to the electric parts box, are covered with a tubular thermal insulation 203. An expansion-preventing plate is wound on the end part 203a of the thermal insulation 203 and bound by a piece of binding band put circumferentially thereon. |
