MAKEUP COSMETIC COMPOSITION OF MASCARA SHAPE CONTAINING PSEUDO LATEX OF AT LEAST ONE WAX AND CELLULOSE DERIVATIVE

PURPOSE: To obtain a mascara composition capable of sufficiently increasing stretching and bending of eyelashes, being removed with water and having excellent cosmetic properties. CONSTITUTION: This mascara composition contains a mixture comprising (a) a pseudo-latex consisting of particles of a film-forming polymer derived from a water insoluble cellulose selected from anionic celluloses such as cellulose ethers, nonionic cellulose esters and anionic cellulose esters having carboxylic acid functions (the carboxylic functions are neutralized to 10-80% with a nonvolatile base) and having 10-300 nm average particle size and at least (b) a wax having 60-110 deg.C melting point.
