<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a rear-end collision or the like by simultaneously operating an emergency flashing lamp to surely and instantaneously inform succeeding vehicles of the emergent braking when the detected signal from a sensor to detect thc deceleration or the like of the vehicle is changed cover a specific value when a brake of the vehicle is operated. CONSTITUTION:When a braking device of a vehicle is operated, the preset value of the acceleration, i.e., the deceleration corresponding to the emergency stop stored in a storage means 6 is compared with the detected value from an acceleration sensor 2 or a speed sensor 3 by a comparing and judging means 4 in a control means 10. When the detected value exceeds the preset value, a judgement is made that the vehicle is in the emergency stopped condition, and in this judgement of the emergency stop, the signal to flash a hazard lamp 8 as an emergency flashing lamp is outputted from an ordering means 5 through a timer 7. This constitution gives the alarm to succeeding vehicles, the surroundings or the like as an early signal of danger to call the attention of these concerned.</p> |
