PURPOSE:To prevent the forward and reverse flows of ink and the skip of writing by so forming that the end ball of a tip is intruded into a sealing plug at the time of engaging a cap with a barrel formed by connecting the front shaft of a refill to a rear shaft, and providing a vent part at the front or rear shaft. CONSTITUTION:A refill 20 has a tip 23, a front shaft 30, an ink containing tube 49 and a tail plug 21. The shaft 30 is formed with a tip end 31 at its front side and integrally with an outer cylinder 33 at its rear side. A groove 42 is formed at a specific position of a threaded part 41 provided at the end of the shaft 30. When the part 41 is engaged with a rear shaft 11, a vent passage 14 connected to the atmosphere and a vent hole 15 are formed. When a cap 1 is engaged with the shaft 30, the end ball 24 of the tip 23 is intruded in a pressed state to a sealing plug 6, and the outer periphery of a tip end 12 is brought into close contact with the insertion port 8 of an inner hole 7 provided integrally with an inner cap 5. |
