PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to execute a work of heat insulating material afterward. And a light weight performance and a hot insulation performance are included. CONSTITUTION:Through holes 43c, 43b are formed in a block 42 composed of a foam material, through one of which a pipe arrangement 44 wherein a heat medium flows through, is made to pass, a heat exchanging space 46 is ensured, between this pipe arrangement 44 and the through hole 43b, and its both ends are respectively made to be in communication with an air suction opening 47 and an exhaustion opening 48. Opening/shutting dumpers 52, 53 having a heat insulating property are set in the air suction opening 47 and the exhaustion opening 48, a fan 51 is set in a flow passage which is directed to the exhaustion opening 48 through the heat exchanging space 46 from the air suction opening 47, and a wiring 58 executing a drive control of an opening/ shutting dumper 52 or a fan 51, is integrated with the block 42. |
