PURPOSE:To accurately shape an objective three-dimensional size within a shorter time without scaling up an apparatus by using a liquid crystal shutter relatively simple in constitution and easily made fine as an exposure mask. CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal shutter 5 permitting light to selectively transmit is arranged above a container 1 storing a photo-setting resin 2 in a planar state over the almost entire surface of the container 1 and the light source unit 10 straddling the container 1 to linearly extend is arranged so as to freely run in its lateral direction. The linear light source 11 positioned above the liquid crystal shutter 5 to extend in the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 10 is received in the light source unit 10. Smooth plates 16 extending in the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 10 to smooth the surface of the photo-setting resin 2 are attached to the front and rear surfaces in the running direction of the unit 10 in a freely up and down movable manner.
