PURPOSE:To detect temperature at a high speed with high accuracy while reducing the processing amount. CONSTITUTION:An operating/detecting means 1 and an electric detecting means 2 are made to coexist. The operating/detecting means 1 divides an object temperature of which is to be detected, by a time constant per temperature detection unit and operates the temperature of at least one or more time constant groups according to a physical formula. The electric detecting means 2 detects the temperature of at least one or more time constant groups electrically.
