GARNISH WITH INNER SEAL AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of an inner seal for attachment to door trim and impart thereto a structure which permits an easy recycle. CONSTITUTION:By a two-color injection molding method is formed an integral structure consisting of a garnish body 21 intended for attachment to the rear face of a waist part 13 of a door trim 10 and made of the injection molded body of a rigid resin and seal lip parts 22 made of the injection molded body of a blexible resin with a resin films 23 formed thereon and excellent in slidability with respect to the slided surface of door window glass 30, thereby contriving the reduction of the weight and cost. PP resin is used in the garnish body 21 and TPO is used in the seal lip part 22 to make the recycle easy.
