PURPOSE:To permit the smooth winding-up and pulling-out of a hose and cover a reel by a case, by installing a hose whose sliding performance is improved by allowing the silicone group resin slidable material to be contained and installing a reel for winding up the hose. CONSTITUTION:A hose (h) consists of a reinforcing layer installed between an inner layer h1 and an outer layer h2, and the outer layer h2 is allowed to contain the concrete group slidable material. The hose (h) is wound on a reel R, and the hose top end is pulled outside the case body (a) from a hose pulling-out port 33, and introduced into an accommodation part 40. When the hose (h) is thus wound on the reel R, the slidable performance of the outer layer h2 of the hose (h) is improved, and even if the hose is wound at random temporarily, the hose (h) in the upper layer slips downward, and can be arranged naturally.
