摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a useless heat exchanging operation by a method wherein a first sub-block having an approximate same height as that of an upper surface of a second block is installed at an upper surface of the first block and then a cooling pipe which is different from the first and second zig-zag formed heat pipes is arranged at the first sub-block. CONSTITUTION:A first sub-block 17 is installed at an upper surface 9a of a first block and its upper surface 17a is set to be the substantial same height as that of an upper surface 10a of a second block 10. In addition, a cooling pipe 19 which is different from the first and second serpentine heat pipes is arranged at the first sub-block 17. Then, air entered into an air inputting passage 6 as shown by an arrow passes at first through an evaporating part 15. At this time, working liquid within the evaporating part 15 evaporates with hot vapor and the liquid enters a condensing part 16 through a vapor pipe 13. Then, the evaporated working liquid absorbs heat from the warmed vapor in the inputting passage 6 so as to cool in advance the warmed vapor before the warm vapor reaches a cooling coil 2. In this case, precooling can be efficiently promoted by the cooling air pipe 19 arranged at the first sub-block member 17.</p>
