CATV SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To form the CATV system in which danger of interception of a paid broadcast is less and number of distributed channels is increase with inexpensive installation investment. CONSTITUTION:A center station 1 generates all channel signals 2 on which signals of all channels are multiplexed and the signals are sent to a selected distribution station 10 through a wired transmission line such as an optical fiber. Each of subscriber transmitter 40-1 to 40-N sends a request of a channel desired to be received by each of corresponding subscriber receivers 30-1 to 30-N to the selection distribution station 10 by the radio transmission system. The selection distribution station 10 selects a signal of a requested channel among all the channel signals 2 in response to a reception request of the channel as an incoming signal sent by the radio transmission system from each of the subscriber transmitters 40-N to 40-N and sends distributingly the selected signal as an outgoing signal to the subscriber receivers 30-1 to 30-N.
