PURPOSE:To provide a renewal pipe having superior diameter expansion and continuity for lining a deteriorated gas pipe, etc. CONSTITUTION:The outer surface of a noncrosslinking thermoplastic resin pipe 2 is covered to a predetermined thickness with a crosslinking thermoplastic resin layer 3. Thus the crosslinking thermoplastic resin layer 3 prevents the pipe from destruction in expanding its diameter. Applying thermal fusion to the noncrosslinking thermoplastic resin pipe 2 assures easy connection.
