摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate the air flow regulation work by employing a ball made of a metal having high specific gravity corresponding to the parts so that the carry can be measured between first and second delivery holes. CONSTITUTION:Since the carry of a steel ball 68 providing an optimal flow rate is previously determined for the parts size, the amount of a screw 33A in a flow regulator 33 projecting into an air tube 28 is regulated by measuring the carry of the steel ball 68 at the time of air supply so that the carry comes within a desired range. When the flow rate is regulated for a bulk cassette feeder 8 handling such parts as can not be measured accurately because the parts is blown up in the way of measurement, a metal ball 69 having specific gravity higher than that of the steel ball 68 is employed so that the measurement of carry is finished in front of a second projection port 30. This method facilitates the flow rate regulation work because the measurement of carry is finished in front of the second protrusion port 30 even if the metal ball 69 at the inlet 27A of a shoot 27 is blown away by the air from the first delivery hole 29.
