<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the restoration of a defect in a liquid crystal display device due to a short circuit between a gate line and a drain line and to prevent a loss of a numerical aperture. CONSTITUTION:A by-pass line 11P integral with the gate line 11L is arranged, and two positions A, B of intersected parts with a drain line 13L are provided. Further, the by-pass line 11P is arranged superposing on a display electrode 12. Thus, the restoration is facilitated only by laser cutting a short circuit part, and since a superposition part between the by-pass line 11P and the display electrode 12 fanctions as an additional capacitor, the lowering in the numerical due to the increase of wiring is eliminated substantially.</p> |
