摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To simplify sample inclination setting operation with a simple device structure by relatively moving a light receiving surface forward and backward to an image of a radiating light convergent point of a telemeter optical system on emitted light from a sample. CONSTITUTION:When an attachment lens 11 is removed from between a telemeter lens 2 and a light receiving element 3, an image of a light radiating point of a sample is formed on the light receiving element (a slit 10). Even if an inclination of the sample is changed in this condition, a light condensing point on the light receiving element does not move. Here, when a lens 1 is inserted between the lens 2 and the element 3, since the light condensing point on the element 3 separates from a light receiving surface and approaches the lens 11, even if the new light condensing point does not move when an inclination of a sample surface is changed, since the direction of light condensed on the light condensing point is different from the beginning, a light radiating spot on a light receiving element surface (a slit surface) comes to move, so that an inclination change in the sample can be detected. When detection of the sample inclination becomes possible, an angle of the sample can be set.</p>
