PURPOSE:To report the change in communication charge with the shift of the communication terminal of a mobil object to a caller under communication. CONSTITUTION:Radio wave line control station 61A and 61B respectively executes communication with the mobile object communication terminal 8 with base stations 7A1 to 7An and 7B1 to 7Bn and position information of the mobil object communication terminal 8 is registered in position registering parts 62A and 62B. When a call is originated from a fixed communication terminal 1 in a fixed network exchange 2, a control part 4 obtains position information from the position registering part 62A, calculates initial charging information by a charging calculating part 5 and reports it to the fixed communication terminal 1 by voice. When the mobile object communication terminal 8 is shifted to the range of the radio wave line control station 61B with different telephone charge under calling, position information of a shift destination is obtained from the position registering part 62B, new charge is calculated and a report is transmitted from a voice output part 3 to the fixed communication terminal 1. |
