PURPOSE:To improve positioning accuracy by driving a vibrator at normal frequency voltage up to a target place, deciding whether or not speed arithmetically operated on the basis of positional information obtained by the non- applying state of frequency voltage after reaching to the target place is faster than set speed and controlling frequency voltage. CONSTITUTION:A motor is started, and the place of a moving body from an encoder 14 is read at a specified period. The place of the moving body and a target place are compared, and whether or not the place of the moving body reaches the target place is confirmed. A CPU 5 outputs an L signal to a port DO, and stops the moving body. The speed of the moving body immediately before stoppage is obtained by using the place of the moving body immediately before stoppage, the place of the moving body before one period and the period, and difference with standard speed stored previously in the CPU 5 is acquired. The places of the moving body and the target place are compared, the absolute value of difference is obtained, and the direction of movement is determined. Positioning is completed when the absolute value of difference is zero, a motor driving time is acquired when it is not zero, and the motor is started and the moving body is moved in the direction of the target place. |
