In this equipment for polarimetric measurements, the medium flows through a filter before being introduced into the measurement tube (2) of the polarimeter (1). Preferably, the filter is a crossflow membrane filter (5) and the pore size of the membrane is less than 1 kD (Dalton - molecular weight). The surface of each guide plate (6) for the filter is optimised, to present the largest possible filter surface for the smallest possible filter volume.
