PURPOSE:To set delay time or pulse width with high accuracy by easily calibrating a setting value every time a delay time or the pulse width of an output pulse signal changes with respect to an input pulse signal. CONSTITUTION:Pulse adjustment means 12, 13 adjust the delay time and the pulse width of the output pulse signal of a changeover device 17 based on a setting value from a control means 15. A pulse edge comparator 18 gives a detection signal to the control means 15 in response to the timing relation of the pulse edge of an output pulse from a changeover device and from the pulse adjustment means. The control means 15 changes the setting value of the pulse adjustment means 12, 13 depending on the state of the detection signal from the pulse edge comparator 18. As a result, the delay and pulse width adjusted by the pulse adjustment means 12, 13 are desired values corresponding to the period of the output pulse set in advance from a reference generator 19. The control means 15 latches the setting value for the case. |
