Heat insulating panel

A heat insulating construction incorporates synthetic staple fibres which are produced from a material that has a high radiation transmittance in the thermal infra red region i.e. 2-100 mu m so that heat dissipation at the surface can be decreased. A further claim is for a heat insulating construction that shows properties of hollow bodies arranged in a matrix and made of such material. In the relevant wavelength region, the material has a greater refractive index than does air.
