The invention concerns a food additive for improving immunity. This additive contains one or several ethanolic extracts of medicinal herbs, one or several vegetable oils containing eugenol, and optionally conventional stabilisers and additives. Medicinal herb extracts which have a detoxifying effect through the stomach/intestinal tract are preferred.
