PURPOSE:To make the whole of a compressor small size and lightweight by simplifying the driving structure of both scroll members. CONSTITUTION:A first scroll member 18 and a second scroll member which respectively have scroll-like blades 24, 34 are constituted so as to respectively rotate about central axes O1, O2 at an equal angular speed, thereby performing the suction, compression and discharge of a fluid. A round link plate 46 is installed into the side wall 22 of the first scroll member 18 so as to be able to rotate about a central axis O4, and in the link plate, the connection point made eccentric by the same quantity as the eccentric quantity (e) of both central axes O1, O2 from the central axis O4 and the blade 34 of the second scroll member side are connected so as to be able to relatively rotate about the central axis O3 by a connection shaft 48. The eccentric direction of both central axes O1, O2 is made parallel to the eccentric direction of both central axes O3, O4 and the second scroll member is made to be able to interlockingly rotate with the rotational driving of the first scroll member 18.
