摘要 |
PURPOSE:To effectively enhance the service life of a plate (MG-base plate) for a magnesia-carbon-base sliding gate by a means for improving oxidation resistance. CONSTITUTION:This plate is obtd. by adding a boron modified phenolic resin contg. 10 to 50wt.% B as a binder at 0.5 to 10wt.% to the plate (MG-base plate) for a magnesia-carbon-base sliding gate and subjecting the mixture to stages including kneading molding drying calcining. The resulted plate has high corrosion resistance. The oxidation resistance and the service life are improved by using the boron modified phenolic resin. |
