<p>PURPOSE:To provide a production method of a color filter by which a color filter having a multicolored fine pattern can be produced with good workability and adhesion property and high accuracy using a photosensitive film on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The color filter having a multicolored pattern is produced in the following processes. A photosensitive film comprising a base film and a color photosensitive resin layer having 0.5-5.0mum dry thickness is laminated on a transparent substrate with the photosensitive resin layer in contact with the substrate. The film is exposed to form a specified pattern. After exposure, the base film is peeled to develop the film. In this method, the color photosensitive resin layer contains 45-70 pts.wt. acrylcopolymer as a binder polymer having 50,000-150,000 wt. average mol.wt. produced by copolymerization of methacrylic acid or acrylic acid by 17-30wt.%. Further, the developer used in the developing process is an aq. soln. of sodium borate.</p> |
