PURPOSE:To automate filter selection and perform its execution by providing plural filters which convert input data into desired output data and performing data conversion by using a selected filter or a combination of filters. CONSTITUTION:A composite filter characteristic information list generation part 13 reads single-body filter character information out of a single-body filter characteristic information list storage pat 12 and generates a characteristic information list of filters which are possible as a single body or by combination according to the read information. An optimum composite filter selection part 15 selects the best piece of composite filter characteristic information among the pieces of information generated by the composite filter characteristic information list generation part 13. A composite filter execution part 19 performs the execution of the corresponding filter from the single-body filter storage part 16 on the basis of the best piece of composite filter characteristic information selected by the optimum composite filter selection part 15. |
