摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide a digital hemodynamometer with excellent measuring accuracy in which a cuff can be exchanged according to the thickness of a finger and which is not influenced by outer disturbance. CONSTITUTION:A cuff 30 is attached on an attaching base 32 freely attachably/ detachably and exchangeablly in a digital hemodynamometer based on volume vibration method by which blood pressure is measured by detecting the volume pulse wave of digital artery photoelectrically, and photoprojecting element 70 and photoreceiving element 72 are arranged on this attaching base. The air pouch of the cuff is formed by a light transmittant material such as polyurethene sheet and a photoreceiving windows 78, 80 are provided on the cuffs facing to the projecting/receiving elements respectively.</p>
