PURPOSE:To increase the strength against the dropping and to remarkably improve the external appearance and grade by strengthening the melt-stuck of upper and lower halves without generating the lack of bonding strength. CONSTITUTION:The coupling parts between the upper half 1 and the lower half 2 are formed by recessed/projected parts 3, 4 for engaging each other, and the recessed/projected parts 3, 4 for engagement consist of uneven parts having the different hights and diameters, then at either one side of the uneven parts, welding ribs 5, 6 are doubly provided and also recession parts 7 are formed at the center parts, thereby the coupling is integrally made by a welding horn. Thus, the fine external appearance and grade are obtained and the positioning is easily made, and also a case is formed by rigidly and integrally coupling the upper and lower halves, then the contribution is made to the quality improvement by remarkably increasing the strength against the impact, and further the manufacture at low cost is attained with good production efficiency.
