摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To effectively prevent decrease in wall thickness of a solid liquid two-phase flow pipe such as a green liquor pipe of a recovery boiler provided with a confluent pipe. CONSTITUTION:In a solid liquid two-phase flow pipe (a green liquor pipe 1) to which a confluent pipe (a weak liquor pipe 2) from the other system is joined, a rectifier plate 5 is provided in the pipe shaft direction in the solid liquid two-phase pipe near the confluent part of the confluent pipe. Moreover, the rectifier plate 5 is attached in a jig 4, and the upstream sides of the jig 4 and the rectifier plate 5 are slantly cut in the pipe shaft direction, and the upstream end is so arranged as to face the confluent position of the confluent pipe. The turbulent flow by the flow from the joint pipe is converted into a laminar flow by the rectifier plate 5, thereby decrease in the wall thickness of the solid liquid two-phase flow pipe is prevented, and also direct flow from the confluent pipe to the solid liquid two-phase flow pipe is alleviated by the rectifier plate 5 and the jig 4, thereby decrease in the wall thickness of the solid liquid two- phase flow pipe is prevented.</p>
