<p>PURPOSE:To provide the total support system which directly accesses internal states and operations of the equipment and easily observes, measures, and operates them so as to make accurate and easy internal checking operations for the equipment which are done in respective cases of the development, manufacture, inspection, maintenance, etc., of the equipment. CONSTITUTION:Plural external systems 200-500 can be connected selectively to the equipment 100. The external systems 200-500 are connected to support the evaluation of a trial equipment 100, to support the automatic inspection of a control board, to support the automatic inspection of the product, and to support the maintenance in its use field. The equipment 100 outputs internal information in the control board 103 to an external system when receiving the read command from the external system, rewrites the internal information in the control board 103 when receiving a write command, and performs specific control operation when receiving an operation command.</p> |
