A screw comprises a head (1) and a shank (2) having a threaded section (3) for screwing into a preformed hole having a corresponding threaded section. The head (1) and the shank (2) are provided on two separate parts (10, 20), and a torque limiting coupling (30) is provided between the head (1) and the shank (2). The parts (10, 20) can hereby rotate mutually when the torque between them exceeds a predetermined size. The principle can also be applied to a nut, the shank being replaced by a bushing having interior threads.
