An improved single-faced corrugated cardboard sheet making machine is provided, in which at the time of sticking a core paper web and a liner to each other in a single-facer equipped in a corrugating machine, impacts nor vibrations are not generated, and hence troubles such as breaking of paper webs would not occur. The improvement resides in that the known single-faced corrugated cardboard sheet making machine having a pair of corrugating rolls (1, 2) for corrugating a core paper web (4) into a wave shape and a pasting member (8) for applying paste to corrugation crest portions of the corrugated core paper web (4), is further provided with an endless belt (15) for pressing and sticking a liner (5) to the core paper web (4) applied with paste, means (17) for adjusting the pressing condition of the endless belt (15), and means (18) for cleaning the surface of the endless belt (15).
