The anchor plate comprises a metal plate (1) which is to be fixed on the inner face of the concrete shuttering (8). It has one or more anchorage parts such as lugs (7) as well as screw-in closure means (3,4) so that they project into the area of the structure which is to be filled with concrete. At the back of the anchor plate are pockets in which the screw-in closure means, designed as threaded members (3,4) are displaceable to compensate for building tolerances. The fixing holes (11) for the fixing screws corresponding with the threaded members are slit shaped.
