PARACETAMOL PHOSPHATE FOR IMMUNOASSAYS

摘要

A novel method of electrochemical detection of phosphate activity is revealed wherein 4-acetamidophenyl phosphate and N-hydroxy-4-acetamidophenyl phosphate are used as substrates. The substrates are easy to prepare, offer good stability as a powder and in solution. Especially advantageous is the fact, that the hydrolysis products do not impair the surface activity of the measuring electrode, thus offering extended analytical range in assay/immunoassay applications.
