<p>The present invention relates to an enzyme with endo-beta-glucanase activity, encoded by a DNA sequence. Further, the invention relates to a DNA construct encoding the enzyme, a method of producing the enzyme, an enzyme preparation containing the enzyme, the use of said enzyme or said preparation for a number of uses including the degradation or modification of beta-glucan containing materials.
