摘要
本创之一种滚键式冲床离合器半圆键之结构改良,其主要系为解决半圆键之于作动片处长期承受应力之故易造成结构体自此断裂之缺失。其大体系为该半圆键系直接一体成型,且于该半圆键处具有一突立而出之作动片;于该半圆键之于作动片下方处设一环凹槽,藉此悬空该作动片于半圆键处之结构,进而使整个半圆键以其他部位与冲床作抵触,使得半圆键作动时,来自作动片之应力可均匀分散至与冲床接触之其他部位承受,达到使半圆键增长使用寿命为其特征者。
