<p>PURPOSE:To reduce forming variations of a bypass air passage of a resin body and decrease measuring variations of a flow rate of suction air by integrally molding a cover for the bypass air passage. CONSTITUTION:A lateral passage of a bypass air passage 3 is opened at an outer peripheral part of a resin body 1 and a cover 9 is fitted at the opening part, thereby constituting a passage. Since the bypass air passage 3 is formed at the molding time, tilting, sink marks, etc., are prevented from being generated. Since the passage cover 9 is root fused, shape errors of the bypass air passage 3 are reduced and consequently measuring errors for a flow rate of a suction air 8 resulting from the resin body are lessened. Moreover, since the cover 9 is fitted in the outer periphery of the resin body, the cover 9 is drawn and sucked by a negative pressure generated by the suction air into an engine. Therefore, an article is prevented from dropping into the suction air 8 of the engine, improving a reliability of the product.</p> |
