<p>PURPOSE:To provide the information on the history of generating the defective welds in a useful manner. CONSTITUTION:The excess of the threshold of the relative value of DELTAVr=DELTAV/ Vc, DELTAI/Ic to the command value of the deviations DELTAV, DELTAI between the command value of the welding voltage/current and the realized value is monitored as the index of generation of the defective arc welding during the reproductive operation of the robot operation program. When a robot control device detects the excess of the threshold of either of DELTAVr, DELTAIr, the data to indicate the execution program and the line number when the defective welding is generated, the data to indicate the command value and the realized value of the welding voltage and the command value and the realized value of the welding current, the data of the date when the defective welding is generated, the data to specify the work where the defect is generated, the data to indicate the frequency of generation of defects or the like are recorded. The recorded data are displayed on an appropriate display screen to be utilized for the quality control and the improvement of the program. When the defective welding is generated, an alarm device can be operated.</p> |
